This salt derives its name from the Black Sea where it was originally found.
Note: It turns black when added with water, color is due to he presence of beneficial halophytic bacteria and decomposed plant matter which create beta-carotene, an anti-oxidant and source of Vitamin A.
This is high in sulphur making it an excellent digestive aid. Good for food seasoning and flavour enhancer. Absolutely delicious!
